RESERVATIONS
& DEPOSITS
- In order to guarantee a reservation, a minimum
Security Deposit is required. This deposit is based on the
total of the rental order and ranges from $25.00 to $100.00
and is payable at the time the order is placed. This Security
Deposit is in addition to the rental total and will not be applied
as payment toward the total. It is refundable in full when
all items are returned in good condition and on time as specified
in the Rental Contract. It will not be refunded if items
are damaged, lost or returned late. If damage exceeds the
amount of the Security Deposit, customer will be charged the additional
amount for replacement or repair of the item.
- The Security Deposit is not refunded if
the entire order is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the event.
Renters who do not pick up reserved items as specified on the
Rental Contract lose their Security Deposit as well as any rental
fee already paid.
- Tent rentals require a 25% Booking Fee in
addition to a $100 Security Deposit. This Booking Fee is
non-refundable and is applied to the rental amount and is also
due at the time the order is placed.
PAYMENT
- All orders must be paid in full before
release to customer.
- Orders that are to be delivered must be
paid in full one week prior to delivery.
DELIVERY AND
PICKUP
- Customer in-store pickup and return is always
available on all items other than tents and dance floors.
- Delivery and pickup service is available
at reasonable rates determined by location.
- Delivery and pickup charge does not include
setup and tear down of any items other than tents.
SETUP AND TEAR
DOWN
If arrangements are
made in advance, we do offer set up and tear down for an additional
fee. ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE FOR THIS SERVICE.
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR HANDLING TABLE LINENS & CLOTH NAPKINS
Shake out remaining
food and trash and place linens and napkins back in containter provided.
DO NOT PUT LINENS OR CLOTH NAPKINS IN PLASTIC TRASH BAGS.
Mildew can begin in less than 24 hours. All linens will be
inspected upon return. If there is any damage - such as candle
wax or burns - or stains that cannot be removed, customer will be
charged. Minimum charge is $5.00 per cloth - maximum charge
is total replacement cost.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR CHINA, FLATWARE & GLASSWARE
After use, all plates,
cups, flatware and glassware MUST be rinsed under running water
before being returned to the racks. Filled racks should
then be placed back into plastic bags. Failure to remove food
from these items will result in a cleaning charge.
GENERAL USE INSTRUCTIONS
- Use rental items with care at all times.
- All rental items used outdoors must be
protected from rain by either putting them in a shelter or by
covering them completely with a tarp.
- Use rental items only for their intended
purpose.
- Gather all rental items into one location
for pickup
Delivery and pick-up services are available.
Standard delivery includes delivery of equipment inside the closest
point of entry. Additional charges may apply for deliveries involving
flights of stairs, long distance carries and after-hours pickup.
Delivery of tent includes set-up and tear-down. Other equipment
delivered with tent will be stacked underneath the tent.
Set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs
is not included in rental price, but is available for an additional
charge.
